When you come for your appointment…
Our top priority continues to be the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff and community. Given the recent updates from LA County Health Department and California Dental Association regarding COVID-19 protocols, we have implemented the following changes in our office that we want you to be aware of:
Mask are still required to be worn by anyone entering the office.
If you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 24 hours or if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, please notify the office so that we can reschedule you appointment accordingly.
You no longer have to fill out a COVID questionnaire prior to your appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment you no longer have to call us from the parking lot. Please come on in and sign in on the computer at the front counter in the reception area. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you brush your teeth at our toothbrush station. Don’t forget to bring your toothbrush with you!
Once you have finished signing in and brushing one of our team members will bring you back to our treatment area for your appointment.
Family members and friends are welcome to relax in our reception area during your appointment if they choose. Please remember that a mask is required to be worn while in the office.
